Since November 2015 I have taken a new challenge in Danone Global Business Transformation team as Global Finance Process Leader located in Danone Group in Paris, France.

My responsibility is on all Danone Finance business solutions, processes and resources in Danone Global Business Transformation, including strategy and policies definition, budget management, and leading a team about 15 internal and 20 external people located mainly in Paris and some other locations worldwide, working aligned with global business stakeholders and global strategy, we are responsible for finance information systems and solutions, project execution and delivery and ongoing support focus on controlling, finance and treasury processes worldwide.

Although I continue linked to some innovation topics from this global responsibility, since I have left the SWE Dan’IS HUB organization I handed over as well my Danone SWE Dan’IS HUB Innovation Coach position to take this new challenge.
